Merchandise Policies

We are a small business located in Crosby, MN. Below are the policies we have in place to ensure we serve our customers to the best of our ability.
Shipping/Pick-Up
We charge a flat $8.50 shipping fee on all shipped purchases. However, if you'd like to coordinate local pick-up in Crosby or would like your purchase dropped off at your campsite during your stay, please select that applicable shipping option at check-out, indicate your preference of local pick-up/campsite drop-off in the "Other Notes" section and we will coordinate with you!
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To return your item, you should mail it to: PO Box 98 Ironton, MN 56455.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item. Please note that gift certificates are non-returnable and sale items cannot be returned.
Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. The timing of processing the return will take a certain amount of days, depending on your card's issuer policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item (for returns or exchanges) and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you'd prefer to return your item in person at Cuyuna Range Campground, please let us know so we can arrange a date/time.
Exchanges may be able to be accommodated based on available inventory, but cannot be guaranteed. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, we will ship the new size to you at no additional cost upon receipt of the unused items being shipped back to us (at your cost). If the same product in a different size is not available for an exchange, we will refund your purchase. Again, if you'd prefer to exchange your item in person at Cuyuna Range Campground, please let us know so we can arrange a date/time.
