If you’re looking for fun, food and entertainment outside of the campground, you can find great restaurants, bars and breweries, unique shops and antique stores as well as recreational activities such as golf (including Cuyuna Hills Country Club and Ruttgers Resort), tennis, biking (Cuyuna Mountain Bike Trails are especially close), 4-wheeling and kayaking/canoeing/biking rentals. The campground is also within a 5-minute drive from Trax North, a motocross track!

There are several public boat launches on the nearby lakes as well as the Mississippi river that you can access to fish, kayak, canoe, paddleboard, swim etc.. The area has many festivals, events and activities throughout the year! There are numerous things to do in the late spring and early fall as well – hiking, fishing, corn mazes and biking to name a few!
